::Sitting in lab to have blood work done for my child , waiting over an hour so far . Some have been in here for over two hours, but the staff is on point!!!! They really came through from my little girl. Staff awesome 🤗🤗

::Dr Scinto is a great Doctor but I'm forced to leave his care due to caremount medical. I was having a severe allergic reaction and couldn't get anyone on the phone I went through the prompts and was left on hold for 15mins. As the reaction worsened I had to hang up and get an emergency and immediate walk in to my primary care physician if I couldn't get the immediate appointment I was off to the ER as my eyes began to swell shut. I left the primary I figured I better let my allergist (Dr Scinto) know I called back and AGAIN promts and then horrible music for 33 mins. I hung up and then hit the prompt for a referral and finally got a real person. Due to the reaction I'm now on cortisone and benedryl and home from work but I've luckily survived the horrible experience (or lack there of) with Caremount Medical. As many of us know anaphylactic can be deadly. Caremount Medical seemed to forget that!!!

::New patient here. I called and scheduled an apointment and went in during work hours with pain in a sprained foot but nurse practitioner refused to see me as she was train a PA. Apparently my appointment was not really scheduled and the ladies at the front desk tried to insinuate that I called the wrong number or i mixed up the addresses. I could hear the nurse practitioner telling the front desk lady that her hours are done and she cannot help me. Be sick in America and Ms Big Nurse Practitioner will decide if you are helped or not. DO NOT GO THERE OR TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOU REALLY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

::Total hip transplant 9/26/2016. Would recommend Dr. Russinoff with NO hesitation at all. He is the best!!!!
