  Called to get a tear exception for a medication. Was transferred to at least 7 different representative who couldn't help me. Finally transferred to a Medicare part D senior department and talked to a gal by the name of Diamond who put me in hold for 45 minutes before sending me to anither gal just so that other gal can transfer me. By now I've been on the phone with Caremark for over 1 hour and yet again was put in hold to be transferred I finally hung up. They were extremely rude and have no clue to what they are doing. Caremark needs to educate their employees. This was very disappointing and upsetting.

  Terrible is the best description mail order through there app is a joke at best. I'm out of a drug because they wait to ship all at once instead of what the can right away .l the loosers at MEDICA would have not forced me to use them I would never have these problems. Considering I never had a issue with my previous pharmacy! And you could talk to a human . CVS Caremark and Medica both suck

  Is there a CVS here? I tried going today and didn't find it anywhere. Even walked into de Walmart and the lady at the pharmacy treated me like an idiot. Because it's Walmart, of course. Such a waste of time.

  Quite possibly the worst company, ever. They never get my medicine to me on time (if at all), they never call me to let me know there is an issue (like my prescription needs to be renewed) they just don't bother with it. If you ask the pharmacist how much money you owe, they will tell you nothing or an amount only to find out later that you can't ask the pharmacy department you have to call a separate billing department. They have had over 400 complaints on BBB the past year alone. I wouldn't use them but my prescription insurance, which is CVS/Caremak will not allow me to use any other pharmacy.
