  My recent experience was outstanding. Care One’s consultant John was exceptional. He provide me with extremely clear, easy to follow and comprehensive guidance - and made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered 100% of the time. It’s extremely rare to find such bright customer service these days - John is just on another level of competence, polish and actual care for a patient. Enthusiastic 5 stars for Care One.

  Very professional and efficient service oriented business with great customer service. Well stocked with all sorts of medical supplies to cater to every need. Respiratory Therapist Edwin Davis was very caring and knowledgeable. He exhibited great patience and due diligence to ensure my comfort and medical needs.

  Please beware of this company. We had to pay more than a thousand dollar for a machine. They say everything you want to hear when renting the machine and then give you a defective machine. If your loved one need one of this machine to live, don't rent it from this place.
