If I could give them a negative rating I would. I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still messed up causing me to have to go back and the manager was too busy gossiping to make sure my order was fixed. I got so frustrated and was late getting back to work so i had to walk out without anything. I sent a message to the district manager and haven't heard anything from him. The service has really gone down and it shows.

A good value for lunch. A little spotty on keeping their condiments bar full.

I don't know what takes virtually all Captain D's forever to get an order ready. I'll assume they are cooking everything fresh. They are slow, and you may notice the fish is getting smaller.

After waiting 10 min at the drive thru speaker I finally got my order placed. Thankfully the food is fresh . All the staff clearly wanted to be gone that day. If this location was to bring the positive upbeat energy it needs they would be very successful

The food was good although the portions were very small... It's okay... However the dining area was by far one of the dirtiest dining areas I've ever seen in a Captain D's in all my life... There is literally trash everywhere tables were dirty the entire time we were there nobody ever bothered to come and clean the lobby area at all. We got out on our own tissues and wipes to clean off a table so that we could sit at it... Even the salt and pepper shakers on some of the tables are dirty. The dining area looks nice since it's been updated but nobody is keeping it clean.
