  I have been here a few times now. I really want to give 2 stars, and that to is because of the price! some of the ladies teaching there are absolutely rude, no customer service skills. They will refuse services if you came 8 minutes past the closing time. No common courtesy at all!! They don’t want to hear it. Some one named sofia, wont let you get a word in. My first experience however was very different which is why i keep going back and it was with someone named Ms. jamie. She was soo helpful, so kind walked me through the whole process step by step since i was nervous it was my first time getting my hair colored. If you do decide to go there...get ready for a longggg wait!!! And service that depends on the teacher thats present and her mood!

  I’m a current skin care student at Capri and so far so good. Staff is helpful and friendly, facility definitely needs an upgrade but on the plus side you really learn what you need to in order to understand and pass the state board. If your looking for an estedically pretty school with all your latest technology and you have money to blow go elsewhere but if your anything like me and my other classmates who just want to understand and learn skin care and pass state boards and start making money then Capri will help you with just that. I feel it’s worth every penny.

  I had a fabulous vitamin C facial! Everytime I thought it was over she would begin putting something on my face! and I loved it! My skin was brighter and the over pigmentation scar I had been trying to get rid of was literally almost gone when she finished. I will be going back again and again and again.

  I just called the office in Clifton at 6:01PM on 3/1/17 and a female person answered very rude, no customer service skills at all. Very inefficient to answer questions, she only wanted to get rid of me over the phone. In fact she said call Paramus location... I cant believe how business owners can hire these kind of employees ....

  I had a great experience at Capri!! All the teachers I had were great and I met So many new friends. Most importantly Capri prepared me for both the written and practical state board exams
