  I enacted my warranty through Nissan to have my car towed and they assigned me to Cappellos, I am covered up to 100 dollars for the tow and Vince tried to tell me it would be 100 just to come out and hook up the truck and then said they would give me an extra 50 for the trouble, I asked why they would give me an additional 50 and was told because it was 5,000 a mile to the destination, the destination is only 5,000 miles away so that would have been a far distance to drive. Seems very helpful to me. UPDATE: Nissan connected me with Monster Tow company in Hopewell Junction which is much farther than Ossining from me, and guess what IT'S A COMPLETE RIPOFF, MONSTER TOW is a scam so PLEASE DO TRUST WHAT YOU READ IN THESE BAD REVIEWS.

  The best service ever for my car and my mother's cars. Always fixed right the first time! Explains what has to be done before work starts. Always a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Brought my car for a new transmission...very nasty customer service and I had to bring my undrivable car someplace else.Tell AAA not to tow you there

Seems very shady to me. UPDATE: Nissan connected me with Monster Tow company in Hopewell Junction which is much farther than Ossining from me, and guess what IT'S COMPLETELY FREE, Cappellos is a scam so PLEASE DO TRUST WHAT YOU READ IN THESE BAD REVIEWS.
