  Great service, quality of work. They were able to give me a same day appointment, they paid attention to the areas I pointed out to them. I was a bit late to pick up my car and when I called to let them know they were so polite and friendly. I will definitely go back!

  Huge shout out to the whole Arlington team. They did a beautiful and fantastic job with my Infiniti Q50. I didn't even have an appointment because I had a tight schedule but these guys stayed extra late to fit me in and make sure I could have my car by Sunday. I got the Bronze Package and got my car coated with ceramic pro light which was perfect for my 3 year lease. The car looks better than brand new. I plan on continuing my business with these guys and no one else because they care about the work they do and want to make sure your customer experience is the best. These guys are the best around in my opinion.

  I just got my car cleaned at Capital Shine. It hasn’t been washed in a couple of months and really needed some TLC. The guys were super friendly and did a fantastic job. I got the $125 wash/vac package and my Jeep came out as if brand new! They got rid of all mud and dirt that built up on the outside, and most of the pet hair and loose dirt on the inside. I may get a deep interior shampoo next time to give it a deeper scrub inside, but would absolutely recommend these guys!

  We can all agree that Arlington is awful for parking! Even a police officer I asked for parking guidance replied with "good luck"! Especially harder for me who is not familiar with the area. I had business at the Permits office this week. After driving round and round looking for a spot I was so thankful to stumble upon Capitol Shine on level P3 of the Courthouse parking garage. Loved the valet aspect of it. Yes! Please take my car from me rather than me having to park in the tiniest spots I've ever seen and risk door dings. Yes! Please hand wash and detail my wheels AND keep my car until my business is done. Yes! Please waive my parking fee since I used your services. And the customer service I received from three different employees was very friendly and attentive. Thanks for taking care of my baby and making her shine. See you next time I have business in Arlington.

  AMAZING customer service, from scheduling to pick-up. Knowledgeable and professional staff that answered all of our questions, and did an OUTSTANDING job on detailing our vehicles. I cannot praise their service highly enough! They accommodated us with setting up a last-minute appointment, communicated frequently throughout the day on their progress, and their prices were very reasonable. Thanks to the Capitol Shine team!
