  The bank and bank agents are great. If you're looking for a place to study or do some work that's on the louder side, this is your place. They frequently have games, give aways, paint nights, etc. On Valentine's Day, they had free pastries, yogurt, and fruit for all patrons. The coffee is usually spot on (and 50% off with a Capital One card), but I've had several occasions where my order has been messed up (usually it happens when one specific barista takes my order). They always will remake it, but the baristas aren't always friendly about it and have tried to blame me. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

  Man! These people went above and beyond for me at this branch today. They are the definition of customer service. They managed to bring my very annoyed and angry attitude down to being completely satisfied with the result of everything. This is how banking should be done everywhere. C1 has a lifelong customer. THANK YOU!!!

  Use your Cap One card and get $1 Peet's coffee! Clean bathrooms, great meeting areas (that nonprofits can use for FREE)!
