  **7-8-16**This is an update to my last review. The people who work here are exceptional in the way of customer service and are genuine when it comes to being personable. The downfall here is that this capital one is ALWAYS understaffed. You'll have two people working and a line that is literally out the door. Every single time I come here it is a nightmare and I dread even the thought of having to use this branch. Again, amazing people, horrible wait times. Very good customer service, especially from, Thomas. Keep it up! One thing I'd like to see is the service become quicker. They're are very few tellers working at once which balls everything up. I've waiting up to 20 mins for a simple transaction.
