  The woman who initially helped us was nice, but in a following visit her and the manager stood and spoke, while we waited for 30 minutes. When speaking to them about it they said they'd be right with us and continued to speak, final becoming upset when "helping" us. The New City branch was far more nice and professional.

  The wait for customer service is high especially on the weekend since there are only two customer service reps. Then if you need something that the manager is only allowed to do, like the medallion, you will have to wait a lot. Plus there are hardly any seats in the customer service waiting area. It all leads to a hardly pleasant experience.
