  I am pleased with Capital One. It is a huge bank; it is a little impersonal. They could do better. It is a good enough place bank!

  Always clean, well lit, and well staffed. Mr. Jimmy is an absolute angel. He goes above and beyond every time.

  Today I went through the Commercial Line at this Capital One Bank. My teller was Zianithia and she was truly AMAZING! Normally I wouldn't even go as far as to write a review but this city is seriously lacking good customer service. When you find someone who not only is good at it, but exceeds the highest expectations as far as customer service goes, you have to let people know. She was so kind and helpful. Although our interaction only lasted 3 minutes, at most, I was touched and very impressed. I hope this post reaches her so she knows just how amazing she is! Keep it up Zianithia & Capital One.. You are very lucky to have her!
