  As a new comer in town the new st.Albans branch has provided me a great experience. Everyone was super helpful! Keep up the great work.

  The wait time is horrible, not enough employees to serve the amount of customer they have. One of the ladies working there very rude and a lot of attitude. The manager is nice tho. That one lady ruins it for everyone. Not helpful either. The tellers were arguing with each other while I sat and waited for two hours for the rude Indian woman to.stroll in and not help me at all. Shes very sarcastic. I wish o didn't open my account there to have one of them get credit for that if they do.

  do not use the A.T.M in the drive thru and inside, there is a credit card scam going on there, and they have refused to do an investigation about there machines. the employees are stealing and selling your account information. i will report this branch to the bad Business Bureau.

  I am not surprised Rose Morgan-mills is being transferred back to the St Alban's branch. She is so good and outspoken. However her relationship with the costumers is erroneously understood by some coworkers who in spite of their effort cannot get rid of her. Good job Rose Morgan. Let them transfer you all over the place but God knows how good you are.
