::Worse experience ever over filling out a direct deposit form for my job! Which clearly states a rep from the bank hand too fill out but this lady act like I asked her too sign a car in her name? she basically refused too fill out the form which someone did for me before no problem. She made me wait so she could make a call to customer service and make me speak too someone who then finally told her too fill out the form ,which once again states on the form!!!! If it was anyone else that was not my skin complexion I'm sure it would of never been such a big issue ! Makes me want too cancel anything associated with them!

::I came there in search of Notary Public. They asked if I had an account with them. I said no. Then the notary public is not for you. This service is only for people who have an account with them. Well, in this case I never open an account with bank that makes me feel offended, discriminated and disappointed. How I can trust my money to the bank, where customer service representatives show their attitude. Probably, they are not currently interested in attracted new clients. More than that, I would never recommend my friends or family members to go there and receive such a bad attitude.

::Worst service ever, bank teller ran her mouth the whole time with her coworkers while helping me not even paying attention to her work smh
