  This is a very frustrating experience. I have been trying to find a capital one bank branch to learn how to open a credit card account. I am a visitor to Los(t) Angeles from NYC. The search told to me to come to 2021 W. Main street in Alhambra, PA. I'm in a wheelchair. I'm a senior. I'm trying to see if there is any room or place for a poor handicapped retired senior such as me in The Los(t) Angeles Area. It amazes me that there are supposedly thousands of Churches mosques and sinagogues here and also tents on sidewalks and a population of homeless reported to be larger than many cities in the United States. Where is the homeless mayor or governor or congressperson? Not all poor persons are irresponsible. Well can anyone tell me where there is a capital one bank with humans there who can assist me in opening a credit card. I've tried to do it in my phone to no avail. Am I being treated with corporate prejudice? Why? I lost another day on this wild goose chase. I suppose I should try the Chase bank across the street then it would not be a wild goose Chase just a chase.
