::Brought my very expensive road bike here for a pawn 3 separate times. The last 2 times I went in to pick up my bike I noticed a tiny scratch or two when I got it home. Didn't mention it cause it was really no biggie. This last time I picked up my bike and brought it home to hang it up and I noticed a huge scratch underneath the neck of the frame like it was hung very poorly. I called the pawn shop and spoke to the manager named John. He was super friendly but couldn't help me in any way. So in my opinion, his super friendliness was for no reason. I told him my situation and he said they hung the bikes from plastic hooks, etc., etc. I didnt have all day to argue with him and felt like nothing would have solved the problem so I just got off the phone. I guess im just going to have to take a loss. Im definitely never going to go back to that pawn shop again and I suggest if you have something nice and want it returned nice you dont go there either.

::The fat white guy, I guess he's the manager? He said he's been working there for 11 years and that my chain was fake! He had the worst attitude ever! He was very rude and disrespectful he said the chain was fake by only looking at it! Come to find out it's real. I went to a didn't capital city. The guy tested the chain and said it's 100 percent real! If that dude been working there 11 years he's tired & need a new job!!! Fire him! Fire him!
