::I have 20+ hours of tattooing from Alli MacGregor, owner of Cap City. Alli is an incredibly talented artist. Her vision for fine details and cohesiveness really set her artwork apart from her peers. Alli did my first tattoo and killed it (my left-arm half sleeve) so I went back for my right arm half sleeve and couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants some near-perfect work.
