  Overall an okay place. I think it is overpriced for what it is. You cannot lower the room temp below 68 which made for some hot times and some difficulty sleeping for me. The elevators require you to use your key card to get on and everything is digital. It's a weird setup but worked well. There is some complementary coffee in the morning but that is all. Breakfast at the downstairs restaurant will run you 15ish per person. No pool. Restaurant at the top is very high end. I think this hotel is okay overall but did not deliver on value. The beds were very cozy and there was different hardness pillows which I liked a lot.

  For the rate you're paying you can't ask for a better hotel. Really nice rooms. Beds will put you to sleep instantly and shower pressure was amazing and the hot water never slowed down. Really nice design rooms and hotel in general. This is definitely a top pick from now on when traveling. & they're check out time is late (12noon).. PERFECT!!

  There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful the Canopy is! BEAUTIFUL, contemporary, modern room that TRULY has more than a guest can expect. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The rooftop bar was gorgeous! We dined the next day at the Market . The service was impeccable and the burger fresh and delicious! The entire staff was accommodating and friendly.. the location is conveniently located to all that Columbus has to offer. I commented several times during our brief stay how much I wanted to stay and could actually live there! Thanks Canopy!

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say, I was blown away by the excellent service I received. I had some issues with my reservation, but the staff went above and beyond to help me resolve it. The level of professionalism, care, and understanding that your staff showed was remarkable. They listened attentively to my concerns, and instead of making me feel like a burden, they reassured me that they would do everything in their power to help me. I was impressed by the way the staff handled the situation with grace and efficiency, and they made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience at your hotel. As a customer, I appreciate the excellent service that I received, and I hope that your corporate office knows that you have an amazing team at this location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a staff that truly cares about their customers.   Very nice hotel. First time staying at Canopy. Parking isn't great but they have Valet. A bit pricey but the convenience is worth it. 2 restaurants. One on the first floor and one on the top floor with balconies, large bar, and fire pits overlooking the city. Drink and food were outstanding. Get the mushroom ramen. Very flavorful. The room was good size and very clean. Large comfortable king size bed. Chaise lounge near the large window and a couple tall chairs at the desk/table top under the TV. Barn style door separates the bathroom area from the bedroom Decent size walk in tile shower. I will definitely be back.
