  This place is awesome. It has a huge selection of whisky and a great menu of cocktails. The bar itself has a great atmosphere with a lot of dark wood and candlelit lighting. When we were there (right at 5pm) they played blues/roots-rock which added to the saloon aesthetic perfectly. The drink prices are on par with a cocktail bar/lounge (which is what this place is). If I lived in Seattle I’d definitely be coming back.

  Love the retro cross speakeasy vibe. Incredible craft cocktails served in fun and unique ways. Super tasty food and extremely knowledgeable staff. It is a bit on the pricier side but they have been ranked as one of the best bars in the world so it’s definitely understandable as to why!!

  Awesome scene with an upscale vibe. The walls behind the counter are absolutely lined with just about any drink you could imagine. Even with a full house, the staff remain both professional and friendly. Canon has a great selection of their own specialty cocktails, which are both delicious and well-presented. The food options are also tasty and classy. You'll be raving about the environment, the experience, and the eats and drinks for weeks after a visit.

  Bartenders here know what they're doing. Make sure you call for a reservation because it's a really small joint and it does fill up early in the night. We ordered The Meat and Cheese board and it paired well with the drinks. The place itself smells and looks amazing. After we had watched the YouTube video of Canon, we absolutely knew that it needed to be put on the list of places to check out.

  Amazing place! Definitely worth visiting. They have an impressive and extensive collection of liquors. They are expert bartenders. The cutest and most delicious cocktails. Please make a reservation so you don’t have to stand in the rain waiting. The decoration of the place is cozy and gorgeous. The bathrooms were my favorite. I truly feel they earn their place in the list of the best bars in America.
