  I purchased a part From Camper’s Paradise and paid extra for the quality I was looking for but when the part arrived it looked nothing like the one in the picture! It was cheap looking plastic junk, the part probably only cost $0.15 cents to make in China! They weren’t willing to refund me the part cost back and insisted they would only take the return shipping cost off to ensure they still kept all there $6 dollar and 53 cent profit! I told them I would publish there despicable behavior and they didn’t care as long as they got to keep there $6.53!! Folks, it’s a matter of principal with me so I’m putting the time in to save you from the same kind of underhanded behavior so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

  Thought I would re post this, as others are getting the same experience. This company will Rob you blind. And worst customer service ever. Never has any company been so rude, almost un belivevable. this company is the worse experience i have ever had with any company ever. Not only was I lied and cheated to but made false promised multiple times. THEY never took any blame for all of their mistakes, and NEVER got my products. In this REGARD-- THEY are theifs. They will also be very rude and hang up with you- never had any company treat a fellow human being this way- everyone there including the managers are absolutely worthless- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND CALL YOU NAMES>

  Very happy with customer service in returning and replacing an order. I ordered 4 tubes of white lap sealant. Tan was sent instead of white. I called the company right away and spoke to Reginia. She was very understanding and gave me the option of a refund or the correct product of which I chose the correct product. She emailed me the postage paid label within a few minutes to return it. I received the correct product within a week. Reginia made the whole process very easy and was very friendly in communications. I will be purchasing from them in the future.

  Never purchase from this company! The customer service representative lied to me and told me they had a generator in stock when in reality it was going to be shipped factory direct. Additionally I never got any confirmation the generator was shipped. When I cancelled the order they gave me the run around and said I had to pay for bogus shipping charges. It's been 9 days since I requested a refund and still have had no contact with them. This company is full of reprobates. Take heed and do business elsewhere with reputable firms
