I left my puppy here for a weekend. First then I walked in it smelled so bad. When i left my puppy i brought food and medication for him and i told the gentleman about when i dropped him off. I went to pick him up and they not give him the food or medicine i brought. I was really displeased with this place u will never talk my puppy there again.

I have left my dog at this establishment several times over the last few years. I wish I had read the more recent reviews before I left my dog there last weekend, as the place has gone downhill very quickly since changing ownership recently. I picked up my dog to find the dog bed I had left with her covered in urine. I threw the bed away in the dumpster and put my dog in the car before going back in to confront them. The girl working there was incredibly defensive, stating that I can't expect that everything will always go perfectly, and they had moved the dog bed from her area to wash it, where another dog peed on it. I find this scenario highly unlikely, as I doubt it is standard practice to wash a dogs pillow bed before they are picked up. I believe my dog was not let out often enough and urinated on her own bed to find relief, and she was trying to cover for this. She informed me that if I hadn't shown up so early (1:00 PM), it would have been cleaned. They would not offer any sort of compensation for the destroyed bed since it was my own choice to throw it away, although I am much more concerned about the treatment of my dog than the ruined bed. I am irate at the treatment of both myself and my dog by this horrible employee, and will absolutely never bring my dog there again.

My brother has used this doggie daycare 2 to 5 days a week for the past two years. They were fantastic, and his pup loved going. Crystal in particular was fabulous with the animals. They got to run, play, and socialize. THEN it changed owners. The new guy is abusive and irresponsible. We don't believe he even likes animals, and cannot imagine why he would have gone into this business. Look elsewhere. DO NOT trust your precious animal to these people.

We boarded our dog at Camp K9 for the day on 8/22, while we visited Nashville. They have locked front door into kennel for security, which is GREAT. However, when we went to pick up our dog, a note said to call a number to alert worker that you are there. I called the number twice, both times only getting their answering service who said they would contact them. I waited outside (getting bit by mosquitos) for almost twenty minutes before a young man came out of a nearby house (looked like he just woke up) and gave me the wait one minute gesture while he went in back door. He finally let me in and asked how he could help. I pointed to my dog (who was loose in their front office with a LIT candle burning on the desk) and said I was picking her up. He never asked for ID and simply handed me our dog. A young women came in at that time and took my credit card for payment. I told her about having to wait but she acted like she could care less. I would NEVER board here again.....and you should BEWARE if you do.

Visited April 27-29th, 2012. VERY Disappointed ! None of the pictures on the website are accurate! THe entry-reception area was dirty and stunk of urine! We had reservations for 3 small dogs under 15lbs each and they were all supposed to stay in pen together.. that wasnt going to happen. They didnt have any! All of their pens were very small. Our dogs ended up staying in their grooming room which was very dirty and had old urine on floor. No access to outside when ever they wanted. The outside play area was not as spacious as they lead you to believe on the web site either! They were very nice to accomidate us with our time schedule, however they never even asked to see shot records for one of our dogs. We did not want to leave our dogs here, but had no choice since the hotel we were staying at did not allow dogs. The pricing seems reasonable and even gave us a small discount since we had 3 dogs, but I wouod rather pay more and know that my dogs are well cared for and have a clean place to stay. Could not wait to bathe them after picking them up!
