  Brought in a Gucci dress and they didn't return it with the bow brooch, still waiting for it to be delivered back. Overall services tend to be good I suppose

  Reading the reviews and wondering if anyone has had experience with beading/rhinestones/pearls that cannot be removed. Perhaps the owner can describe the process they will use?

  The best dry cleaner in NYC by far. Not a easy claim to make but it is absolutely true. I had a very expensive suede coat that needed to be cleaned because I had gotten some oil stains. Several dry cleaners in the city was quoting me 400 dollars with no guarantees to clean. Not only did Maria, the customer care person walked me through the process in managing the risk of not getting the stains off, they only charged me $145 with delivery. TOO BOOT!!! THEY GOT THE STAIN OFF!!! My jacket looks brand new. They are honest, great customer service, and very good. Don't wast your time with other dry cleaners with no experience who will ruin your clothes and take your money. I am thrilled with them.

  This place ain't 4 cheap skates But if one values quality is definitely the place 2 be!! From customer service to tailoring to repairs and cleaning its all AMAZING!!! Dawn is also AWESOME!!!!!!!

  Been going to this place for the past 4 months. Its a little out of my way but I love the service and alterations. I bring my dress shirts in every Monday for cleaning. I have taken several $3,000 suits there to be tailored. Their work is some of the best Ive had done. Im always getting compliments on how good my suits look and fit. I recently also looked into renting some storage space for my off season clothes.
