::Good prices on used cars. But very pressuring. I made clear my intentions and they were ignored and they tried to sell me a car I told them I was not able to purchase due to my negative equity. I needed to just chat with a salesman about my options and instead they tried to finance me for two car payments. They'll dog other dealerships and say they're transparent and here for you, but it's just a ploy to trust them and they'll ignore what you say apparantly. It's a clean dealership with nice cars but there must be a lot of pressure on the sales team. I had a quote for a car in 15 minutes of arriving. So if that's what you're looking for great place. But it was fast paced and built to reduce your thinking on a decision. So be weary if you're not experienced in dealing with this

::Colleen and Roxanne were amazing. Sometimes it's hard doing business with a toddler but they made sure my daughter was comfortable and took great care of us. They made sure I got the car I wanted with a great deal. When I am ready for another car I will make sure to go back and see Colleen and Roxanne.

::My experience at Camelback Toyota was incredible. It was my first time looking at a dealership and I was confident that I was just looking. I'm a college student and I brought my friend. Colleen helped us and I test drove two vehicles. She was not pushy and made me feel super comfortable. When it came to talking numbers, I was worried they would be pushy and make me uncomfortable. I was completely wrong. Both Colleen and the finance manager made the process less intimidating. They said they wanted me to walk away feeling like I had made the right choice and didn't want me to say yes to a payment that was too high for me to feel comfortable. I had a really great experience. I left with no vehicle like I planned, mostly because I financially was not ready to get the car I really wanted. However, I will 100% be coming back when I start looking again soon!

::Sales manager treated the sales rep like garbage in front of us. When I asked the sales manager about additional packages on the paperwork, he couldn’t tell me what it was for. If you’re wanting to charge me $499 for a package, you should know what it is. When I submitted my offer for the deal, he didn’t even counter. Little did he know that I had room to negotiate but he didn’t even give it a chance. Not worried about it. It felt really good to leave the dealership without a vehicle. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
