::I lived here from June 2016 - July 2017 and just realized I never left a review. This community is fantastic, so I needed to fix that! The only reason I left was because of a work relocation program, but take it from someone who has lived in 4 states in 4 years; there aren't much nicer places to live as a young adult than South End, and this Camden is right in the heart of it. Jamie, Katie, and the rest of the management/leasing staff are also fantastic, proactive, and very professional: You can come to them with any request and their attitude will be, "How can I help?". The very few problems I had were all solved same or next day. Floor plans are on the smaller side (Mostly 650-700 sq ft), but with so much to do in the surrounding community, you barely notice. The light rail is right across the street and will take you to all of the biggest attractions downtown (I regularly rode down to Time Warner Cable Arena for basketball). Again, I really cannot emphasize how awesome South End itself is and you're in perfect proximity to it. The only negative that comes to mind is that there's no Google Fiber here (which is not under their control anyway), but it doesn't really matter because the U-Verse Internet is still fantastic at the speed that is included in your rent. This place and its staff left such a good impression that I see no reason to live anywhere else if I end up back in the Charlotte area.

::Brittany, Jamie, and Katie were so helpful and attentive from touring, signing our lease, and on our move in day! The staff go above and beyond to answer any questions and helped us have a smooth transition. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and have awesome amenities. Very excited for the upcoming year!

::I recently took a tour of these apartments and it was a great experience. Brittany was the one who assisted me. She was very friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to show me all of the high points of these apartments and how they could benefit me. She really did her best to sell me on the property and amenities. The property itself looked great. It is well maintained and attractive. The rooftop deck is definitely a great feature. I guess my only gripe isn't particularly with this community, but with a lot of so-called luxury apartments being overpriced. I've toured many apartments in the city and the surrounding areas and I personally just can't justify paying nearly a thousand dollars more for amenities I can get elsewhere for cheaper and not be in the process of purchasing the place. Other than that, for those who are willing to spend the money, I think this is a great choice. I got the impression that it would be an overall great living experience and that the management would do everything they could to be attentive and helpful.

::If I could give Camden Gallery 10 stars, I would. I enjoyed living here so much that I would never consider renting anywhere else. The only reason I am leaving is because I purchased a house! The front office staff could not be more friendly or helpful (y'all are seriously the best), amenities are second to none, and location is unbeatable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here and highly recommend Camden Gallery to anyone searching for a GREAT living experience. Special thanks to Katy for all the help in the moving in/moving out process!

::I highly recommend this property. Not only is the location great and the space comfortable and quiet, but I have never experienced such an extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive staff at an apartment community before! Camden Gallery’s staff is outstanding! Katy ushered me through the move-in process with the utmost professionalism and service and Jamie, Jo, and Caryn have all been phenomenal. Everyone at this property is absolutely amazing and creates a tremendously friendly environment for all residents.
