  Cambridge roofing installed a new roof on my house 4 months ago. Per contract, it was agreed that the satellite dish on the roof will be removed and will NOT be re-installed. However, the satellite dish was mistakenly re-installed. It has been 4 months now - After numerous phone calls and 4 different dates for Cambridge roofing to remove the Satellite dish, it is still standing on my roof. Every time I call them, they provide me with a date (Oct 25th, Nov 2nd, Nov 7th to name a few) when they will send somebody to come by and remove the dish, but so far, nothing has happened. My contract with them clearly says - "No Satellite Dish" and I want that honored !! After all the eloquent talk about great customer service & fabulous warranty, this is how they are going to react to a 10 min job !!
