  Called to have them check on A/C problem at my rental unit in Fort Worth. A/C not coming on. Tech shows up and calls me after checking system. He says I have 2 issues. 1) wire going to compressor outside is deteriorated and 2) my coil is completely clogged preventing air flow. He wants almost $500 to install $15 worth of wire and almost $1,100 to unclog a coil that isn't clogged. Judge for yourself. The words CHEAT, CROOK, DISHONEST all come to mind.

  I called CSE yesterday when I walked in my home from work and my thermostat read 80 degrees!! They said they would send someone as soon as they could. They sent Tim. He was fast and very courteous and let me know everything that he was going to do. He fixed the issue with no problems and told me to call them back should I have any other issues. I would definitely recommend Calverley Service Experts.

  Greg B. with Calverley Service Experts is an absolute expert, very professional and very personable! He explained everything about the A/C tune-ups that he was performing, he suggested some work that I should consider but, did NOT apply any pressure to up-sale me - as a matter of fact, he offered an updated maintenance contract that covers more AND cost LESS than I WAS paying. I've always been happy with the service that Calverley provides, techs like Greg make the experience that much better! Calverley and Greg B. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  I have always used Calverley Service Experts for many years and the techs they send out are always great. Jason was no exception. He was on time, actually early, and explained everything and then got the job done promptly. He was super nice and patient with me as well, as I had lots going on while he was here. Great technician for sure! And Calverlry is the best company!

  Pedro and Wayne arrived on time. They protected the floors to prevent damage while the old unit was removed and the new unit was installed. They worked efficiently and did not disrupt the household. After they finished, they removed the old unit and left the house even cleaner than when they arrived. The operation of the new unit was explained and how to program the new thermostat was explained since it is a "smart" device and we had not had one before. They did an excellent job and are a credit to your company!
