  Great business! Responded very fast and showed up at my vehicle in a matter of minutes. Friendly associates that are happy to help and get you back on the road. Not trying to get locked out of my vehicle again but if I do I am definitely calling orange again.

  Sebastian returned call promptly (less than 5 minutes) and provided a house lock out service. He called and updated me immediately on the work he completed. Was professional courteous and understanding ... would Recommend

  Sebastian is a great tech! He was at location within 20 minutes of our call, he was professional, courteous, explained everything. My only regret was the price, but it was worth not waiting for 4 hours like the last company we used! I hope this never happens again, but if it did we’d call Call Orange!!

  I am not sure if all of the call orange companies are together as one. So I will be specific and write about the one in Avondale. After talking to the call center for Call Orange, I was told that the cost would be a 19 service call fee and then the tech would give me the price to cut a new key before starting any work. I waited for the tech to give me a price and before I knew it, he had already cut the new key and handed me the invoice with a hefty price tag of 179 dollars. 19 for the call, 95 for the key, and 65 for labor. I called the company to talk to them about what I had been told about no work until the tech gives the price. The lady was very rude and would not tell me anything other than all techs are different and some will tell the price and some won't. I told her about the conversation I had when setting up my appointment and she then told me to call back when a manager is available. I just wanted an answer. She then transferred me to someone else who was much ruder than her. Nobody will give you their name. This lady told me the same thing. Call back when there is a manager available and she hung up. The tech was Andrew. I wrote a letter to the BBB and they are looking in to it. They must not keep track of their service records because the business wants me to submit my invoice to them as proof. I have no issue doing so. Why would anyone want to make up lies? I wasn't asking for a refund or anything monetary. I just wanted an explanation of their practices. If anybody out there reads this post, please make sure you find out the total cost first so you won't get swindled like I did. I read through the reviews and saw that they only respond to the positive reviews. The BBB is the better way to go.

  Marion (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!) called me to ensure I was in a safe spot and let me know he would be at my location shortly. The door handle on a company vehicle had broken and he was able to quickly and humorously get into the vehicle. I just wanted to thank him for his great service! I will definitely be using this company again if I ever am in need of the service. Hopefully all of their technicians are as wonderful as Marion!
