  Its somewhat peaceful and quiet. And its well maintained for as old as the building is. Staff also doesn't bother the tenants too much.

  I lived there 4 1/2 years,. One thing I know is it's family. You can't complain. And u have no the office changes rules on those they have conflect with:) rights there.
