  Excellent service! Alex was fast, courteous, and charged reasonable prices (far less than others we called). We lost our master car key (that contained a chip) and some other locksmiths wanted $300 for a programmed replacement! The dealership wanted $185, plus wanted us to tow the car to them so they could program it! California Locksmith Co. beat all their prices, plus was able to get us a 2nd key for far less than everyone else quoted. And they drove to us instead of a ridiculous tow! They were honest and just doing a service, rather than trying to scam us in a time of need. Definitely recommending them to others for the future!

  Locked myself out, duhhh. Called CA Locksmith Co. they asked I text a picture of the lock to give me a more accurate quote. I appreciated this because (sadly this isn’t my first time locking myself out) I’ve been given low quotes before and when they get here it’s suddenly becomes double the price (for a standard lock). Arrived and in the house within 30 minutes. Cash only but reasonably priced. Friendly and professional. Will be saving their number for future use (haha, sadly I know it’s bound to happen again).

  Worst customer service I have experienced in some time. Called him and confirmed an appointment for 12:45 PM yesterday. At about 1:30 he was a no call no show still. Called a few times between 1:30 - 2:00PM. No pickup and no call back at all on either phone number I left him. When I get my phone bill for the business and personal for the month I will post the calls from the day here, so anyone reviewing can see he never called back. Chooses to do as he pleases. Read the yelp reviews about his lack of call backs as well.
