::This is a really lovely location. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Fran has aided me in the selection of some fabrics and trims and I really appreciated her input. My orders for samples and fabrics have been quickly received. The store has a nice selection, but also a large collection of sample books for fabrics and trims. I have only purchased fabrics there, so I cannot attest to the quality of their workroom. But for a great selection, varied price points and helpful staff, this is a great store.

::Horrible dissapointing experience. I ordered window treatments for 4 rooms in April of 2013. Its October and one room is still not in, not a return call from Calico about the delay, and yet I've already paid! In my living room, I had beautful shades and valances ordered, and they were defective (but installed anyway) - both valances are wrinkly (not supposed to be), and one is filthy. The cord for the shades that was recommended by Calico is just mysteriously "not an option now", though no one told me until installation... It has been 5 weeks since the defective shades were installed and I can't get anyone to confirm they will replace. Mistakes happen, I get that. But during this time I've had no communication, other than my calling them for a status, and not even a hint of an "I'm sorry for the trouble". Not a hint! We are in the process of requesting a full refund. Too bad, since I have an entire house to furnish and a one-stop shop would have been nice. This is not a place you can say "you get what you pay for". They are very high priced, and I expected the service to reflect what I paid. I would have had the same service (and possibly better quality!) had I bought off the rack at Target and had my husband install.
