  We have been serviced by caliber collision twice in San Antonio, once at this location and before that at another location. They are highly recommended by my insurance company (USAA) and for good reason. The wait was about 20 minutes after I arrived on time but it was an early morning drop off and they were obviously busy. After showing the gentleman helping me my damaged bumper he gave me expectations (that were all met without problem) and called my rental car company to pick me up. Funny thing is as I was getting my rental car I realized I left my daughter's car seat and had to return to pick it up-30 minutes later or so- and they had already pulled my car into the garage and started working on it! My car looks good as new and I can say it was done by a respectable mechanic with amazing work ethic!

  I had to take my M4 in after an uninsured motorist turned the wrong way onto a One-Way street. I was assigned Cathy Mantz as a Service Provider and could not have been happier. She was transparent, professional, courteous, and friendly. The work they do is always consistent and exceptional.

  Hands down the best repair service you could ask for. They helped me navigate through the insurance claim to make sure I was getting a fair estimate and outcome for the damages I received.

  I had high hopes when I brought my truck in for an estimate. Everyone was SUPER friendly. I should have known to go somewhere else when other places had a 3-4 week wait and they wanted to take my truck in that day. I showed them all of the different things that needed to be done and they still missed some. Understandable, mistakes happen. I went back for them to repaint the side Flair's, I left them with them for a week I went back to have it put back on and they hadn't even painted them yet and couldn't tell me what went wrong. They completely forgot to put three pieces back on and had to order them. They got a CD stuck in my CD player and gave me an air gun to fix it myself after they said they weren't the ones that got it jammed. They didn't reinstall the bedrug in my truck properly. I asked them where the piece for the tailgate was and they stated that it didn't have it when it came in to the shop. I was very sure that it did. I then noticed it under the other piece of the rug, and they said, oh I guess she just forgot to put it back up. (I thought you said it didn't come with it??) They sent me to another place after a few weeks to get a cover for my truck bed that was "just up the road". 19 miles is not what I think of when I say just up the road. The only reason for the second star is because of the customer service. You should never have to go to a body shop more than twice, because I do understand that mistakes happen. But, repeatedly making the same mistake is ridiculous. EDIT: After all of this ordeal, they did make it right by restoring my wife's headlights for free. It was a small gesture but proves they were trying to do the right thing. Also, the manager called to really to be and apologized for everything that has gone wrong and owned the mistakes. Although this was not the best experience, the fact that they were willing to do everything the best they can, I would still bring my car back here again. Because it may not have been done right the first time but they went above and beyond in the end. So I raised my review of them.

  I highly recommend these guys. The quality of work is top notch and the customer service is even better. Chris proactively called me to keep me informed every step of the way. Evelyn at the front desk was always friendly and made sure I was taken care of on the phone and in person. No one wants to have to be at a body shop but if you do, this is the one to go to!
