  I got a wash, relaxer and and a pixie-cut and left feeling great. They are amazingly talented and the place is real comfortable and not judgemental. I also bring mother there every once in a while and loves it. Thank you

  Traci, did a great job on my hair. My hair feels so soft and really healthy. I was nervous about getting my hair trim but she took her time to get every lil splitend without chopping my hair. I cant stop running my fingers my hair.. Feels so good. She really did a great job.. Yay

  Traci was very accommodating when we're on the phone. However, this all changed when I texted her the morning of my appointment and she didn't reply. Then I called & no answer. She did call me back after I arrived. I told her that I was at the shop but I was empty she said that my appointment was for 9am, I explained to her that she scheduled me for 830, she actually debated with me. I said well maybe it's my mistake. Then she finally checked her calendar & said, "Oh, your appointment is for 830M!". She didn't apologize or even seem bothered that her client would have to sit & waste time waiting for her. She barely said hello & had zero interest in even doing my hair. She even walked off to move her car without saying a word. She made sure to take loud, annoyed deep breaths the ENTIRE time she stlyef me hair. I felt sorry for woman who was next because she did the same to her. Two completely new customers & same negative experience. I was excited to find someone local to help me care for my hair. And, it's sad that she was so unprofessional.
