  Nasty staff and a nasty experience to say the least. The prices are cheaper online AND at the kiosks in the SAME MALL. Please save yourself the frustration of having to deal with their unreasonable employees and shady method of pricing your item. There's no written prices for anything and they make up the prices on the spot. One guy tells you one price then some other employee tells you another higher price. Ridiculous.

  A terrible store with conniving and greedy staff. My business partner and I walked in there ready to buy 6 very basic shirts. With one print across the back and a logo on the breast. First employee told us it would cost $35-$40 / shirt. We went in with a maximum of 25 per shirt in mind before we entered the store. After we tell them that was too high for us they tried to sell us on their package. Basically you pay $300.00 to get 600 things printed with a 4-6 week lead time AND still pay for the shirts themselves. We just wanted 6 shirts. We did not want to spend $300. We asked them if there is anything they could do for us as far as price goes. They then said, if we get white, we can get the shirts $20 a piece. Until another employee came over and we asked him how much for the same job. He was hesitant to reply because he wanted to hear the number the first guy gave us. He didnt answer until the first guy said "35$ per shirt right?" then it was all down hill. The 20 dollar deal was out the window, they became sour and rude, and ultimately lost our business. The first guy claimed he never said anything about $20 deal. We wound up going to one of the kiosks in the same mall and got the price, customer service, and shirt we wanted. No haggling with us because the prices were $20 less than what CaliCustoms wanted. Will never go back to CaliCustoms. Dont waste your time. These guys take one look at you and know what they want to charge you. It has nothing to do with what your buying. They saw two young business owners, or should i say, dollar signs.

  It was Amazing in the beginning but it changed a lot I’ve been going here since middle school and they have been great to me but I think a few weeks ago was the last time I’ll be here the two who were running the store were really rude to me for no reason and there prices are way to expensive anymore I paid 67 dollar for a jacket when a few years back I would pay 30 for jacket and 10 for a shirt I don’t recommend and if you go here you better have deep pockets.

  Excellent service. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with custom coffee mugs which made great party favors. They were very creative and I highly recommend their products and services.
