  Best lattes all around. I've been to the location in Portland as well as Seattle and both are fantastic.

  Everything is right about this place. Parking by the front door, decor, quality and variety of caffeinated and non-caffeinated beverages, delicious baked goods, nice and helpful staff, outside seating. On weekend mornings, this is the best place to have coffee and observe the world around you. Lovely.

  Getting a latte at Umbria is the best treat ever. Their coffee is just simply the best. You have to try to see. Once you do, then your hooked.

  Little taste of Italy in Pioneer Square. Great cappuccino and espresso. Friendly service in a contemporary atmosphere. Outside seating.

  Seattle and coffee are synonymous with each other. And Seattle is more than just Starbucks, and this breakfast place, with a plethora of coffee and quick-bite choices, epitomises that fact. Definitely high-end in the way the coffee and food are presented. Though it is a little pricey, it is worth it. The staff are very affable, which is good to see early in the morning.
