::Hispanic girl who works here in the morning is rude and never makes anything right just seems miserable to be alive. She burnt my food then made the other calzone and it came out cold, also gave me a sad excuse for a coffee that tasted horrible. It's a shame because outside of my experience with her everyone else has been great, will continue to pass up my morning coffee if she's there.

::I went yesterday morning 11/23 for a coffee and there was no greeting, didnât even look at me, had a bad attitude, and then didnât give me enough change back. I got short changed. I wasnât even told my total and so when I tried to verify with them, I was met with an eye roll and decided it wasnât worth arguing. There are too many other cafĂŠs in town to ever want/need to go here.

::Experience in this location is very poor, especially compared with other Cafe Nero places in the city. The place is as dirty as a subway's fast food. Staff is a loud group of unexperienced ones who took two minutes chatting and joking between each other before I eventually asked them to be helped out at the checkout. They continued to be loud and it was hard to ignore it while trying to read/relax.

::A good spot to grab a coffee. It has plenty of seating area you will find this place full with students.

::Very nice place on Commonwealth Ave no ear Boston University. I ordered cappuccino with a muffin. Service was professional, food delicious, and the setting is very welcoming. I liked the place a lot and will definitely visit it again. 3 hours of free WiFi are also offered here (no Netflix or YouTube though).
