  Great food but our table and chairs were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves

  This place was not what I had expected from the “happiest place on earth”. To be fair, the food was only OK, and the Monte Cristo was pretty good, but otherwise this place was abysmal. The waiter was very rude and had no clue what he was doing, and could not bring the right drinks to us. I asked for Diet Coke, I was brung regular. We even asked to be seated away from outside, because it was windy, and we got sat right by the wind outside. Food even cost $250 for a group of 10! Insanity! 🤣

  Once my favorite Disneyland restaurant. Go for the view of New Orleans square and Rivers of America. The food, however, is not as good as it once was. Upon my second recent disappointing meal there, I think that I can say in fairness that the quality had diminished. The Monte Cristo Sandwich is still the best item on the menu. They just don't seem to have the ability to serve it hot and fresh the way they once did. I hope they get things back in order soon.

  The dishes were quite expensive and the portion size was really small. Despite that the food did taste very well. Even though we had a reservation we waited another 15 minutes until a table became available. As for every Disney Restaurant a table reservation up to 60 days in advance is definitely recommendable. The servers was friendly, the food was served fairly fast.

  You will pay a bit more but I enjoyed the food. The food is great, including two versions of the Monte Cristo Sandwich. The staff was great, they kept ours soda, tea, and lemonades full and were very attentive. As we were leaving my niece lost her BB-8 balloon, it snapped against an umbrella on the patio, the staff helped us get her a new one and did their best to assure her it would be okay. Poor kid was upset but they really saved her day. Thank you.
