  Do not use this bank. Absolute nightmare!!!! Union branch can be ok. This place is a joke!!!!

  Nightmare!!! I think thr main branch crashed or they are expierencing some serious problems. Thr Mobil app is awful.!!!!! Again awful!!! And it will result in you loosing money. They keep messing up my account and they charged me fees that are not right. I literally spend hours every week dealing with problems from this bank. Savings accounts seem to be ok but I wouldn't do online banking here or checking if Incas paid to do it. I wouldn't do it if my priest told me to do it. You do not want to use this bank. The even ran out of paper once for credit advances and they only do it at one branch. Also you will ask one employee on thing and then tie next will say something different leaving you running around like a chicken with thr head cut off. People make mistakes I make mistakes but they will run around the problem just so they don't look bad when I could care less about that. I care about my money and they will mess your stuff up constantly do not bank here!!!!
