  Seemed alright. Not in the best Area but seems to keep it under control. Family owed, an old man owns it and his daughter runs it. Basically whole family lives there, the managers kid's live there along with their children and their spouses. Management could use some work. Nice people, just don't have things completely together.

  The management of this small,out of the way trailer court were extremely courteous. I was able to look at what was available without someone breathing down my neck pressuring me. Unfortunately they didn't have anything that would fit what I needed, but if it did, I would happily have rented it. And...they weren't upset that I was not going to be a new tenant, but wished me the best. I can definitely recommend at least taking a look. And if you are on a budget, it may be worth your time.

  The best ungated gated community to live in. Family owned and operated community where you are part of the family once you move in. Affordable living spaces fairly priced in a wide price range to fit any budget. I'm a proud tenant and one of the family. The best onsite Laundry has to be mentioned because you can't beat the price and I haven't lost a sock yet.
