  Horrible company!!! Gave us a quote, and said they didn't need to visit the property. Then when called back to schedule the work, they suddenly said they needed to visit the property. They kept us hanging for a month just waiting, waiting, waiting for them to simply schedule a site visit. And that's BEFORE they will even schedule the work! They didn't even call to keep us informed. We had to keep calling them. Now they said they still can't get there within a reasonable amount of time! We're heading into winter. This is ridiculous. We've lost an incredible amount of time, but we're moving on to someone else more competent and responsive.
