  These folks at C & R Tire were very helpful and quick getting our car up and running again. We were having some issues starting our car every so often, and a recommendation from family, a long time C &R customer herself, led us to C & R Tire. Dropped off our car Saturday and by Monday it was working and ready to be picked up. Again, their promptness and attention to customer service exceeded all my mechanic expectations. Definitely will be using C & R Tire for all my automotive maintenance and repair needs! Thanks Rick and team for a great experience

  C & R has been servicing 3 of my vehicles for over 3 years. The staff (this visit it was Jose at the desk and Rick who is always there) is always attentive, fast and efficient service, explain what needs to be done with the car. They understand that having a car in for service affects the operations of my business, so they do the best to take care of me and my business vehicles without any hassle.

  I was referred to C&R by a Costco employee. I'd been looking for a new auto shop, and have definitely found it! Their customer service is above and beyond, but more importantly, it's their integrity that got me hooked. I highly recommend them.

  I've read good reviews for this garage online. Thought I'd give them a try. I went in for an oil change. The mechanic ( sorry, I forgot his name) checked my tires and found cracks and splits on the inner wall to my surprise. This was brought to my attention and showed to me. It wasn't a matter of if, it was a matter of when. I told the Mgr behind the counter to change it. He gave me a few prices. One, was a name brand and second, a private label brand. I was never pressured in anyway to purchase or do anything I thought it would cost me more money. Not only being nice guy's but, they are really honest. I had a good chat with them while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Definitely would recommend C&R to anyone who's looking to have their car serviced.

  While driving home late in the afternoon I noticed the car was overheating. Luckly, C&R TIRES on Cave Creek Rd. was close by, but they would be closing shortly. Since I lived within 1.5 miles away I intended to get some water in the radiator and continue home, if able, then return the next day. After opening the hood, the mechanic immediately discovered that the heater hose had ruptured and he could make a quick temporary repair. My car is old and I felt it would be good to go through and replace all the heater and radiator hoses before leaving on an extended road trip. The following day I brought the car back and they went through the water system completely, replacing all hoses and flushing the radiator. I'm very happy with the service and friendly attitude of the manager and mechanics at C&R and feel comfortable in trusting them to service all my auto needs in the future. Thank you again for taking special care of a customer who is very pleased.
