  This nail salon was just renamed Polished under the same management and there are some recurring issues. Over the last ten years, they continue to be inaccurate with the wait time if you arrive without an appointment. Also, if they have appointments scheduled this will further delay you from being seated (as long as 45-60 minutes when told 15 max). Although the staff are courteous and the girls do a very good job, with this new renovation, they are now automatically upgrading clients to spa pedicures which are DOUBLE THE PRICE without asking permission and my girlfriend and I who came with me were surprised at this. It was $40 and they offered complimentary manicures when they saw our face and shocking expression. However, in business, to offer good customer service, you should advise the clients before you start service of the more expensive option and not assume they want it, or have the time for it. I think they are trying to soften the blow with a free nail service, but they should rethink this business model. Also, it would be nice if they possibly limited their staff from constantly speaking different languages to one another. The salon renovation is beautiful and the staff do a good job which is why I gave this two stars, but once again, I will rethink coming to this location because the customer service really disappoints. ~C
