::I called 20 minutes prior, and they only started making my food after waiting in line. I expressed my concerns, but was just told to wait, no apologies. They did not refund me my money. I had to leave i was on a 30 minute lunch break. What’s worse is I’ve seen them do the same before with other customer that call in, and I just thought the other customers in past were unlucky. Now I know they do it on purpose.

::We visited this place while waiting on our vehicle at carmax, I'm not a big sandwich fan my gf is, however this place is definitely a place to go if your in the mood for sandwiches. I had the egg salad. It was legit.

::Tried & true. Quick, clean & consistent. I love the quirkiness of the owner John & love that it is family owned & operated. Ingredients are always fresh and seem to be a higher quality than Subway. I recommend the Natural #6 on squaw & the tortilla soup on Wed & Thurs is super yummy! All the soups are homemade and great. It can get crowded so you might want to call ahead and they can have it ready for you when you get there. Worth a try!

::Tried this place for the first time and placed an order for pick-up. I was in a hurry and went to pick it up and stood in line for 15 minutes. There was only one guy working up front and I suggested a separate line for order pick-ups and rather than say, we will consider it or something...he just said, what do you expect, we're busy. Yes, the sandwich was fresh and tasted good; however, it was over $10 with a drink and had very little meat. Not enough to fill you up. I work in a local office of over 200 and was the first to try this place, so, my answer to that is, you wont be busy for long if you don't take feedback. I will not be going back.
