  Horrible store bad shopping experience!!! 20% off discount limited and not mentioned even online when trying to complete purchase!!! Classic bait and switch go online and find another store that deserves your business! Because this place doesn’t!! Gave1star because it’s the lowest allowed

  Great store and they were a fantastic help with new soon-to-be parents going for their first, overwhelming shopping experience. Kareem in the stroller/car seat section was fantastic! He knows his stuff had a vast knowledge of all of the models. Highly recommend

  Very poor customer service. All I wanted to do is return the faulty swing which was sold by 'Buy Buy Baby'. I felt they do not treat customers esp customers who are frequent buyers. I escalated to a manager call 'Dennis'. Very rude young man... I felt he was judging me and tend to look at me in a awkward manner. I will be escalating this... my own wife ended up crying because of the way he spoke to us.

  I bought clothes for my daughter here that didn’t fit very well. I lost the receipt but just wanted to exchange for one size up. They said without proof that I bought them they can’t exchange. I except that. So I said Can I donate the clothes because they don’t fit my daughter, the the manager rudely replied we don’t do that here! Thinking I was just trying to do a nice thing? Left and went to babies r us where service is no comparison to this place. #liketalkingtorobots

  We took our son to have Christmas photos taken of him. Photo staff very personable and good value for the money. Overall we were very pleased.
