  Baddddd experience shipping !!!! the worker there probably woke up on the left side and she was very rude and barely showed us the strollers she wasn’t kind !!!!!!! Shetty girl!! Me and my husband came to the store to do all the shopping list before the due date for our first baby we were so excited and wait for this day and after 20 mine in the strollers department we give up and go home with nothing !!! I feel so terrible cause both of us make a day off for that and because this piece of shetyy girl We went home so so so desipointed!!

  Excellent service. Beautiful selection of all things baby, including fabulous book section( my passion), cards for babies and family and very pleasant staff. Highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

  Ugh... I so VERY badly wanted this location to be amazing! Living in Brooklyn with a 2 year old and one on the way, having a baby store within a 20 minute drive from home was a HUGE draw. Unfortunately, this just misses on all markers. It's small. Like really small. Which is ashame, since it's in a HUGE warehouse building. I don't know why they couldn't have made it a little bigger. But due to it's size, it can't accommodate even half the inventory that they can even in the Manhattan location, much less the ones further out. We've been 3 times now, and left empty handed on 2 of those occasions because they just didn't have what we were looking for. And I'm not talking about obscure items. Normal, every day baby things they just don't have. What they do have has very limited options. It's not worth it. We'll just end up going to either the Babies R Us at Gateway, or biting the bullet and driving out to LI to go to the larger BBB location there. We really wanted this to be great. It's a really nicely renovated building, and has a large parking lot, but that's the extent of the good things I can say.

  Located in a great little mall. Not as big as a long Island location but it gets the job done if you can't travel. If your ordering furniture make sure to deal with Josh. He is patient and knowledgeable, easy to work with.
