  I just had to come on here and say how pleasant our experience was the other day 5/26/18. We came there to return some things, buy stuff off our registry and order baby furniture. Lucas helped us with our furniture and he was awesome! He made the process very easy, he was VERY knowledgeable about everything and had a great personality to boot. I’m sad I didn’t catch the woman’s name who checked us out but she was wonderful as well. I had to make three different transactions. One paying for something I was ordering off the registry to have delivered to me, another for everything we bought that day which I had four coupons for, plus my 15% off for closing out my registry and seven gift cards as form of payment, and lastly for our furniture which we paid some in cash and the rest on the BBB MasterCard I had just applied for. It was late and the end of the night and she could have been really nasty and annoyed with us, but she was patient and kind and I really appreciated that. Good customer service is so hard to come by and these two deserve praise. Thank you!!

  The range of strollers available make this go-to place for any parents to be or even parents trying to buy a second stroller. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We managed to try on a few strollers until our little one finally gave his approval for a Cruz by Uppababy.

  This is a hidden gem for shopping for baby items. They have it all and they are usually well stocked. The staff is nice and they have been helpful when we have gone there. The location is clean. They have a lot of parking. The location is on the third floor so they have an elevator and escalator to get to the store.

  I purchased a rocker from the store back in July. In August I sat in the chair for the first time and discovered that the rocking mechanism was faulty. I called to store and spoke with Jeff. He was extremely helpful in contacting the manufacturer to determine what could be done. Jeff sent the store manager, Ross, to my house to inspect the item. They offered to return the item for a full refund and offered a suggested replacement which I ended up purchasing. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service that this store offered. Not only was Jeff extremely helpful and responsive but what other large store do you know that offers personalized customer service by offering for a manager to make a house call? I would definitely recommend making any large purchase from this store for peace of mind and guaranteed amazing service!
