  I've used this company at least twice before and never had any issues. I don't know what happened this time around because this time, I never received the check they promised me. They told me the check that was supposed to have been mailed to me was already cashed, therefore, they couldn't reissue me another one. Turns out the check was cashed in North Carolina. I'm in Virginia. Don't think this was just a mix up in the mail... Just my putting two and two together. I told them they would have to contact Citibank, their check issuing bank, in order for them to launch an investigation so they could reissue the funds. They sent me an email back (because that's the only way I'm able to reach anyone in customer service) saying they did their part and they're no longer liable. So they got a free, perfect condition, iPhone 6S Plus from me. Funny thing, too; before the whole check cashing issue, they were super on-point with replying to my inquiries, but ever since I told them they'd have to launch a fraud investigation all communication from them stopped. Reading the past 1 star reviews and reading about other shady stuff they've done to others, it's a shame they've been getting away with this for so long. Companies like this just go on the notion of people not pursuing further action because it's such a small amount of money, but I'm going after my $145 for pure principle.

  Amazing experience with Buy Back world. Fast and easy experience. Customer service is awesome - reached out and got a very speedy response. They offer the best deals for used electronics that I’ve seen on the market thus far. I can not wait to use them the next time I am ready for my next electronic trade in!

  I sold several phones through them. The prices they were offering were far higher than anywhere else I had looked and saved me the hassle of selling and shipping them myself. Biggest downside to the process was the time it takes them to process your items- it took 7 business days for them to inspect my items (in fairness, their customer support responded quickly and told me they were simply overwhelmed and would get to my items as soon as possible). They passed inspection Wednesday and as of Saturday I still have not gotten payment, so hopefully soon. If you expect a quick payout, this isn't the place for you but they are responsive to emails and pay more than most of their competitors.

  5 stars are NOT enough. Customer service far beyond satisfactory. Quality almost nowhere to be found. Prices are the lowest. The guys are consistent and professional. Absolutely will buy again
