::I really feel sorry for the ones who traded their 4k movies to this place, I know for a fact 4k movies mostly run you 30 dollars and they sell them for 15. I can only imagine how much they offered for cash. While the price you get for movies games etc... isn't bad but trade ins are a big rip off!!.

::Staff isn't overly friendly. I arrived at 9 am and was not going to wait EXCEPT for the fact that they had THREE huge signs in the windows that everything was 40% off. I waited an hour and went in. I then spent 30 mins picking out games n movies. Nothing special about the prices but w 40% off it would've been great. Upon going up to pay, I was informed that corporate told them this morning to remove the signs as it ended yesterday. So I wasted 1.5 hours of my day because of poor communication and merchandising. They should've HAD to honor the signs they had up upon opening. Just very unprofessional and rude staff. No customer service. Just ring the stuff up and move on type attitude.

::Y got 6 movies for my kids and 3 din't work and cant return because they got a no return policy they can clean it ogain but if dont work you lolse your money this videos are second hand and some time it looks ok but it dosnt work. Dont loose your money and time. I wont expose my kids of that cituacion ogain. plus the staff are pretty rude

::Buy backs may sound like a bad place, but it isn't that cheap. It at least gives you a fair amount for your items. For example: Xbox 360 with 15 GB, controller, charger, 14 games, each of them being popular. Buy backs would at least give you a good amount of $150 - $180. The Exchange, on the other hand, would only give you a short amount of $50 - $70.
