  Great bakery, delicious breakfast sandwiches.....even though twice I asked for ketchup, they declined to put it in my sandwich.

  Easy to see right off of Plandome Road servicing Manhasset and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends and at night. Public Restrooms. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. They also serve lunch fare, acai bowls, and waffles. Great for pastries and Coffee. You order at the counter, then the bring your food to you.

  Stale cupcakes, feel like they came straight from a freezer. Flavors taste similar and not as advertised (Napoleon cupcake had no custard). Service was mediocre. The venue is elegant and cozy though. If the desserts were better this would be a 4 star review

  No customer service. Called while at work to order statwberry shortcake for my wife's birthday as I explained I am pressed for time and want to pick up her cake right after work and could they write happy birthday on the cake and her name. Woman explained since it's in showcase (meaning in the store on display) they cant and won't do anything for me. Have you ever heard of such a ridiculous policy?? Other stores will welcome my business and take my money. Bye bye butter cookie.

  They're now my default for birthday cakes. Ordering was easy. I waited too long this year and needed two cakes, one for home celebration and another for daycare celebrations. The person who took my order was patience and gave options for the last minute order.
