  My water heater stopped heating on the Labor Day weekend and my usual handyman does not work on water heaters.  I found Bushwick NY Water Heater Services on Google and gave them a call.  John answered right away on Sunday morning!  He guided me over the phone to light the pilot.  When the pilot failed to stayed on, he diagnosed the problem and came over an hour later with the replacement part and fixed the water heater. Before he left, he checked all the connections and made sure everything around the water heater was the way they should be. He issued a formal receipt for the payment via email and guarantees his work for 1 year.   I like the fact that he is knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and straightforward.  I now know whom I'd call whenever I have a plumbing or an electrical problem with my house.
