  발품 많이 팔면 조은 물건들 마니 구할수 있어 좋은데..계산하는데 시간이 좀 걸린다는게 흠이긴 합니다

  First of all, cashier was excellent. She was very helpful and kind. Couldn't ask more. The MANAGER was really big problem there. The manager on duty was highly unprofessional and kept pushing paying customers out of the store. Locked the doors up to 30 minutes prior to store closing and kept customers from coming in. Luckily someone was walking out of the building so we are able to get in. The store was closing but all the customers were standing in line by the close time but didn't open up more registers to get the line down faster. We were making over a $1000 purchase that night and due to the amount of products, the transaction took a bit of time but the associate ringing did an excellent job at handling it as fast as possible and couldn't have been more helpful or nice. My credit card declined due to the amount so I had to reopen my account and that's when the manager rudely told us that it's time to close when we were in the middle of finishing the transaction at the registers. I've never had someone so rude when we were in the process of paying for the merchandise, I would some what get it if I was still shopping past the closing time but this wasn't the case. She was not nice at all and at the time, I just finished paying and walked out because I didn't want to deal with her. This was the worst shopping experience for me especially since I spent a lot in here. She should not belong there.

  Its ok. You get great deals here like any other Burlington coat factory. Ill like it of its a bit kore organized. Most of the stuff is either down or in a trolley. One thing i would really be cautious about is to make sure the tag/sticker (with the barcode and price) exists. If not you will run into a nightmare trying to return it here. You can take the same to some other branch and see if they take it.

  I have never had a problem or bad experience other than the long lines. However, as I type this I'm making a RIDICULOUS line for a return. Apparently, there is no designated line for returns any longer. It does not make sense at all, why should customers have to wait an outrageously amount of time when you only are here to return an item. Disappointed.
