  I bought a shower head attachment that broke once I turned on the water, total junk. Then I went to return it and because it was past 30 days they could only give me store credit. I understand in a way just not happy with the decision.

  The three stars are for selection, cleanliness and overall environment. However, I’d give this location zero stars for the sole fact that everyone who shops here, myself included, is assumed to be a shoplifter by loss prevention. If the store is losing product, fix the problem. Don’t attempt to intimidate or profile customers. Staff your fitting rooms properly and you might have less of an issue. This is the third time in a row I’ve felt uncomfortable in this specific store. If you want to feel like you’re being accused of stealing, wear some shorts and a baseball cap on Rodeo Drive in California and here at Burlington Coat Factory on Thomas in Phoenix, Arizona.

  Good selection in home and baby department. I can't tell if they are going out of business. I seen a lot empty racks and not a lot clothes in men's and accessories.

  I love this store. It is my go to clothes store. The clothes aren't always very great and I can almost never find shoes that I like. But it's great if you're losing weight and in need for the next size cheap.
